Kim and Garrett are such an inspirational couple to me.  Garrett is one of the many amazing soldiers that serves for our Country and Kim is one of the amazingly strong wives that supports him.  Every time that I met with Kim I was updated with her wedding planning of course as well as all of the things that she was doing to create a life for her and her husband to be while he was over seas…This woman worked her butt off at multiple jobs, in the gym late night, house hunting AND moving! AS WELL as planning a beautiful wedding and honeymoon completely on her own! They inspire me!  I think it takes an extra strong connection, faith and trust to be able to endure what they endure.  Garrett, Thank you for everything that you do for our Country and Kim, Thank you for keeping him strong and loved!

Now you can enjoy some of their beautiful wedding photos even more with that little slice of background information.  Kim was trying to create a vintage, beachy and chic feel.  We used tons of warm ivories, pale taupes, natural elements like driftwood, balsa wood flowers and manzanita branches.  They were married at the beautiful L’Auberge Resort in Del Mar, Ca…a truly breathtaking view! For the Bridesmaids, Kim gifted hand made clutch purses made by the super talented Ally Lossness of Moda Viajando Custom Bags, and we accented them with mini Bridesmaid’s Bouquets made of beachy orchids and balsa wood flowers.  I LOVE the idea of clutches either in lieu of bouquets or in addition to them…you can mismatch them or totally coordinate them and I think that they are such an awesome and useful bridesmaid gift.  Such a beautiful wedding, Congrats Kim and Garrett!
