First off how incredibly fabulous are those Christian Louboutin shoes?

Yes, they are quite unique along with the rest of this DIY wedding that My Bride Story shared with us. This is one of those weddings where it actually rained, and a few changes were made, but overall everything turned out to be perfect. Filled with the most exquisite DIY details. That were all done by the bride. This is sure to be one of those weddings you will look back on for a few ideas.

{Rustic Succulent Wedding}

Vanessa + Nick had had their wedding and reception at Rancho Capistrano in San Juan.  Vanessa had a very natural and earthy feel to her wedding with tons of moss, succulent centerpieces and bright green hydrangea bouquets for her girls.  She kept everything very clean and classic looking with white tissue lanterns, white umbrellas and table linens and my most favorite detail…their all white cake with wheat grass border…so cute!

“I could go on for days with great things to say about Aly and The Vine’s Leaf. But to sum it up into one word: PHENOMENAL! I had heard so many great things around town about The Vine’s Leaf and the absolutely amazing artistry of Aly Morford. I had seen pictures of extravagant arches overflowing with flowers and the most beautiful wedding bouquets with satin wrapped stems. I had automatically assumed that Aly’s work would be out of my budget but I just HAD to get a quote. To my surprise, Aly was completely willing to work within my small budget and not sacrifice on quality products and craftsmanship. She worked with me along the way – showing me sample centerpieces, suggesting ways to make my budget stretch and assuring me that she would make my vision come to life. Aly created unique centerpieces filled with purple and green succulents for each table, fun bouquets of hydrangeas for the bridal party and the cutest bed of wheatgrass for our cake to sit on. Her work truly completed the look of our wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist to work with!” Vanessa Lentine, Bride.
